MULTI-INPUT AUDIO FLEXIBILITY
One of the most significant advantages of IC Realtime HDAVS cameras & HDVR recorders is that all signals – HD video, audio & camera control – run over the coax camera cable. There is an RS485 on the MX0808’s back panel to run older PTZs, with HD-AVS cameras; no additional control or audio wires are required. Cameras with built-in mics and external audio inputs encode their audio over their coax line and are recorded with the camera’s video signal. With eight direct BNC/coax HD camera channels and the capacity to record four additional network channels, MX0804-AI2 easily accommodates today’s IP & wifi-based cameras, like our ICHome Dinger video doorbell, or up to 4 local or remote Guardi, Orb or Flooder yard light WIFI InterCams™. Being built by American video security powerhouse IC Realtime means the MX0804-AI2  comes from the factory equipped with advanced video security tech like built-in facial recognition with on-board facial image database, advanced IMD programmable “tripwire” intrusion zones. Intelligent Motion Detection (IMD) perimeter monitoring uses a deep-learning algorithm for dependable IVS/ Tripwire performance and fewer false alarms. The IMD algorithm continually analyzes video motion, ignoring random “pixel change” movements but recognizing people and vehicle shapes, sending alarms only when human or vehicle intrusion is confirmed.
Real-Time Face Recognition can be set up on any one of MX0804-AI2 ‘s eight BNC channels to discern facial features including gender, age, expression, glasses, mustache, mouth/mask, and can capture & record faces with metadata tags to enable AI-assisted searches for recording retrieval & review. Up to 10,000 facial images can be stored in-unit within up to 10 built-in facial recognition databases. These facial records can be updated with name, gender, birthday, address, or certificate types/numbers, to identify individuals. Once set up for recognition, the MX0804-AI2 ‘s FlexSmartAi can issue a “STRANGER” alert if a scanned face isn’t found in the database, to differentiate them from family members & employees.  
WORKS WITH LEGACY CAMERAS, RULES WITH NEW HD-AVS TECHNOLOGY
When paired with IC Realtime’s HD-AVS cameras, the MX0804-AI2 lets you say goodbye to extra camera control or audio transmission wires. IC Realtime’s HD-AVS system “piggy-backs” HD video, audio & camera control functions together on a single BNC camera cable for “one wire” easy installation & full control of compatible HD-AVS cameras. For existing systems, the MX0804-AI2 also includes a rear panel RS-485 camera control port that can be activated through MX0804-AI2 ‘s on-screen control panel to run older analog PTZs. MX0804-AI2 supports long-distance 1080P signal transmission over both coax cable and Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) up to 800m (2,600+ feet). Higher resolution cameras mean more massive data streams, but no worries here either. IC Realtime’s MX0804-AI2  supports high-resolution HD coax & IP video stream rates by incorporating a new AI-based compression. Working with our Smart H.265+ video codec that reduces bit rate up to 90% compared with standard H.264, this Ai-based compression delivers faster streaming. MX0804-AI2  works flawlessly with our free Android & iPhone (iOS) apps and being ONVIF 21.06 compatible, it also plays well with other video devices and really shines when accessed through our extraordinary (and completely free) PC & Mac based ICRSS central station software.

IC Realtime has always resisted re-designing our gear without good reasons, and it’s hard to improve on the nearly perfect “Fit to Purpose” credentials of our compact 8-channel, 4K POE NVR-208NS. For years it has been the cost-effective NVR of choice for dealers needing a replacement POE NVR or a  new recorder for smaller IP camera systems. But lucky for us, our engineers couldn’t resist the challenge!  Now IC Realtime is proud to introduce our newest compact 8-channel POE network recorder, the NVR-EG08POE-1U4K1.
RE-ENGINEERED EVEN BETTER
With all of the functionality of the legacy compact POE NVR it replaces, the EG08POE is now packaged in an all-new 10.25″ x 9.125″ x 2″ compact metal rectangular case that’s about the same width and height and just slightly deeper than a ream of copy paper. This makes it just large enough that its SATA hard drive bay can hold a full-size 3.5” Surveillance-grade hard drive up to 10TB- that’s up to 10,000 GB of internal storage.
SMALL SIZE, LARGE FEATURES
To coordinate with the EG08POE’s wide IP camera compatibility, the unit’s HTML-5 network compatibility means its installed cameras can easily be viewed in modern browsers like Firefox, Chrome; and MSN browsers like IE 9 or later without the old clunky/outdated plug-ins. EG08POE provides simultaneous local monitor output from the unit’s HDMI and VGA ports, and secure mobile & network access using IC Realtime’s iOS and Android apps and our extraordinary and free downloadable SmartICRSS for PC & Mac.

While our smallest & most cost-effective NVR shouldn’t be expected to handle 4K cameras, it actually can – up to 12MP@30FPS. Adjusting each camera’s frame rates will let EG08POE handle a variety of IP camera resolutions, and up to six 1080P cameras can be accommodated. DEPENDABLE FLEXIBILITY
Based on our dependable 1U chassis and with a built-in eight port PoE switch, the FX08 is IC Realtime’s newest 4K rendition of the industry’s most reliable, best value rack mount 8 channel NVR. The dedicated backplane 8 port camera switch not only saves rack space, it makes camera installation plug & play easy.
This flexible unit fits in any situation. The FX08 rack ears are removable, so it’s also comfortable on a closet shelf, lockbox, or desktop. But with so many businesses, schools, and high-end homes already wired with CAT5/6 & wire raceways that usually terminate in an equipment closet or rack cabinet, the FX08 is ideal. For any installation site that already has rack space available, such as high-end AV installations, retail stores & warehouses, or any business with rackmount network or IP phone systems with PoE switches, the FX08 can “rack in” wherever a 1U network switch can fit.
AI-ASSISTED 8 CHANNEL 4K SOLUTION
Installation convenience is meaningless without state-of-the-art performance, so IC Realtime designed in full 4k recording and 4K HDMI video output into the FX08 from the start. The embedded Linux industrial-grade processor boasts 128 Mbps throughput coupled to a built-in 8 port 115 watt PoE switch (single port max is 25.5W) and H.265 high compression video encoding. There are 2 SATAIII hard drive bays for a max of 16TB onboard storage (2X 8TB) and 4K HDMI output. FX08 will record all 8 cameras at 1080P or 2 cameras at 4K resolution and is ONVIF (profile S), CGI, SDK & P2P compatible.
FX08 is part of IC Realtime’s FlexSmartAi family of security tools, meaning it works with our AI & deep learning cameras, encoding & recording that camera-based data in the video stream from all it’s IP camera ports. Camera-based Intelligent Motion Detection (IMD) utilizes a deep learning algorithm that recognizes people and vehicles with up to 95% accuracy to reduce or eliminate false alarms. IVS (Intelligent Video System) cameras can be set up to detect abandoned or missing objects or tripwire and intrusion detection areas. The FX08 will record those violation and intrusion events.
SCALEABLE RACK & STACK PoE BLADE
As a standalone 8 channel 4K NVR, the FX08 offers unparalleled performance, but it’s even better when it joins with it’s brother IC Realtime NVRs in larger installations. Like it’s sister 16 channel rack-mountable NVR, the FX16POE-1U4K1, the FX08 can serve as a rack-mounted 8 channel “Blade NVR & POE Switch” in a distributed processing & video security storage system. No matter how many cameras in a system, adding rack-mountable camera “nodes” in 8 & 16 channel increments and directly connected onsite “client” cameras can grow up to whatever camera capacity the job requires with no worries about throughput and storage capacity. Each “node” in the system is a full 16TB capacity dual hard drive NVR with an on-chassis PoE switch, a massive 128Mbps Linux-based processor core, and a 1000Mbs network port.

Then – using IC Realtime’s freely downloadable SmartICRSS v2 Remote Client Software – every recorder and IP camera in your system –  locally or anywhere in the world – can then be centrally monitored, accessed & controlled from your PC or Mac desktop.
