This economically priced VATS Interrogator will work with single-sided and double-sided VATS ignitions.
How it works:

Simply insert a working metal key into the VATS probe

Turn the ignition on and attempt to start the vehicle. If it does not start, take the probe out of the ignition and wait 4 minutes. Turn the dial to the next number. Repeat this step until the vehicle starts.

When the vehicle starts, take note of the VATS key number the dial selector is on. This will be the correct VATS key number for the vehicle.

By reading the 1st 2 cuts in the door it will allow you to only try 32-64 keys. These keys are cut the same on both sides so try 1 key if it does not work go to the next! After you find a key that works the door lock you are missing cuts 1,2 and 10 to get a complete key. No more picking ignitions.
