The Diagnostic Box TDB003 Proximity/Smart Key Systems Tester
offers a simple and cost-effective way to diagnose and test problems relating to the vehicle immobilizer system, which is made up of a number of components. The TDB003 enables the transponder key, remote control operation, external vehicle antenna transmitters, internal vehicle antenna transmitters and transponder antenna to be fully tested to ensure that all parts of the system are working. The TDB003 can display signal levels, frequency measurements, signal waveforms and a number of other useful features.

The Diagnostic Box TDB001 Remote Control IR/ RF Tester
has been designed to offer a quick and accurate way to test radio frequency (RF) remote controls and also infra red (IR) remote controls. The TDB001 offers a simple check that the remote is sending a signal, but more important that the frequency it is sending is correct. This is important for imported vehicles and systems, as there are a number of different frequencies used across the world. Other features include a rear magnet so the unit can be fixed inside a van for easy storage, or if your working on a vehicle or engine it can be fixed somewhere safe and not slip off. The TDB001 runs on 3 AA batteries, normal or rechargeable making it very cost effective, and will run for a minimum of 40 hours with batteries that are fully charged. An automatic power off also helps conserve battery life and stops the unit from being left on. It also features a low battery indicator, to show when the batteries need recharging or replacing. A 3.5 numerical display, backlit makes the unit easy to use in all lighting conditions.

The Diagnostic Box TDB013 OBD Power Protector & Booster
has been designed to protect your investment from being damaged by issues with the vehicle you are testing. Many vehicles can exhibit unknown problems and plugging in a piece of equipment worth thousands of pounds is sometimes a gamble.
With jump packs, booster packs and car chargers the amount of interference, voltage spikes and voltage surges can easily damage expensive equipment. The TDB013 adds an additional level of insurance and offers the protection you need. The TDB013 will take the damage rather than your expensive diagnostic equipment, and it won’t leave you without your equipment for days and maybe even weeks while you get it repaired.
An additional clever feature of the TDB013 is its ability to manage the supply voltage that is on Pin 16 of the OBD port. This varies depending on the vehicle, condition of the battery and the wiring from the battery to the OBD port. It is not uncommon to have only 11 volts at the OBD port when the battery is at 12 volts. The TDB013 will maintain 12 volts to your diagnostic equipment regardless whether the OBD port is at 10 volts or even 15 volts. It will maintain a fixed 12 volts DC to pin 16. This means it will smooth out any changes in voltage due to overcharging, boost packs or battery chargers which can cause havoc with anything connected to the vehicle. In addition, if the battery level is a little on the low side, and the diagnostic equipment requires 12 volts to function, they have a fixed 12 volts even when the battery is at 10 volts can be a real plus when trying to diagnose a vehicle problem.

The Diagnostic Box TDB006 Transponder Antenna Tester
is a full-featured test device for checking the antenna used on transponder key systems. It has an internal antenna with a high gain receiver to pick of the antenna signal, but additionally, it has an external antenna wand connection to connect a wafer-thin antenna for testing the push start, card slots, and smart key types. The external wand can slide into the key or card reader as well as the key, easily picking up the signal being sent from the vehicle. When the key or card is inserted, the vehicle sends a signal to the transponder inside the key and the TDB006 will pick up this signal, and identify that the slot key or card reader is functioning correctly.

LEDs Activity

RED LED’s
(Pin 16) – automatically turn-on as soon as you plugg into DLC.
RED LED’s turn dim when:
• Low battery voltage – refer to Voltmeter and alarm will beep (below 12V)
• Wiring to DLC pin 16 is faulty
• Grounds circuits has resistance issues
GREEN LED’s
(Pins 4 and 5) – automatically turn-on as soon as you plugged into DLC.
BLUE LED’s
(Pins 2, 6, 7 and 10) – LEDs should flash when serial data voltage pulses are present in the data line. Blue LEDs is assigned on pins 2, 6, 7 and 10 to indicate communication with scan tool or interface and for communication protocol identification. LED will turn-on depending on your vehicle model. For some vehicle models, none or multiple blue LEDs will turn-on as soon as the OBD Port Tester is connected and you start the ignition.
The brightness of the LEDs will depend on the nature of the signal it’s showing. The OBD Port Tester can indentify immediately the protocol used.
YELLOW LEDs
(Pins 1, 3, 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 should flash when used.

The TDB750 Volvo Security Dongle has been designed to make programming Volvo cars easy and
simple.
Volvo vehicle key programming takes between 30 minutes and 5 hours depending on the system and
model of the vehicle.
This is not a problem if the vehicle is in a workshop, but if the vehicle is lost keys and with a customer
then waiting around for the key programming to complete is wasteful and means your key programming
equipment is tied up while you wait.
The TDB750 Volvo Security Dongle overcomes this by gaining the required security without having your

The Diagnostic Box WWM2 Wonder WIN Module 2
is a WIN module replacement using new & original MOPAR parts.
SIMPLE PLUG AND PLAY.
The locksmith uses his TCode / MVP, Zed Full, Smartbox, or whatever programmer he may have to simply program in new keys using the provided PIN on each WONDER WIN MODULE. The WIN2 uses two bolts attaching it to the car.
Important Note: POD / Fobik Keys are NOT included. You must program new keys as the old keys will no longer work due to being synced with the old module.
