MACHINE INTELLIGENCE PUT TO WORK 
Ultra high-definition recording, face & vehicle detection and searching, and facial recognition with an internal, super-secure user-defined 20K face database, H.265+/H.265 dual-stream video compression, are packed into this powerhouse of a video vault storage device. None of this would be possible without the AI-based assistance of HDVR-EL1616-2U4K1-AI1’s multi-faceted FlexSmartAi skill set applied to the detection and internal functions like stream processing and camera detection function interfaces. 
COAX DOESN’T MEAN OUTDATED 
HDVR-EL1616-2U4K1-AI1 is ideal for new installations or for upgrading existing coax camera systems to the next level of compatibility & resolutions or locations where the camera system is mixed between analog and IP Cameras. The Pentabrid series has 16 backplane coax ports that automatically adapt to record the five legacy standard & HD analog signals: CVBS (old-style analog) at up to 960H resolution, IC Realtime‘s own hyper-advanced HD-AVS coax cameras up to 4K, and network IP cameras up to 12MP as well as standard AVS, TVI, AHD coax formats while it also records streams from up to 16 external network (IP) cameras while maintaining high throughput using HDVR-EL1616-2U4K1-AI ‘s dual network ports. 
MEGA STORAGE CAPACITY ONBOARD
HDVR-EL1616-2U4K1-AI1 recorders are housed in a full-sized 2U rack-mountable case DVR capable of housing 8 HDDs internally. Each of those SATAIII hard drive bays can hold 10TB drives for a max of 80TB onboard.

4 channel direct connect BNC analog video systems have been the most popular for small businesses & homes for years, based on the wide adoption of the original VCR-based 4 camera security recorders in the 1970s.  Our latest 4 channel BNC input HDVR continues that dependable legacy with the HDVR-MX0402-1U5MP-AI2, which accommodates both 4 direct BNC cameras and 2 IP channels for a total of 6 recordable video & audio channels, and our HDAVS system’s  “one wire video+audio+control” over coax capabilities. 
SUPPORTING THE INSTALLED BNC BASE
IC Realtime continues to bring the latest recorder technologies to our legacy system supporting dealers and integrators who need a simple non-IP camera solution for smaller customers or need to replace a failed analog recorder. The unit’s rear coax camera ports auto-detect & switch to support AVS/HDCVI/AHD/TVI format cameras up to 5MP resolution or up to 2 network cameras up to 6MP and its processing rate has been increased to 32 Mbps incoming bandwidth. This means quick & easy existing coax camera system installs & upgrades, even in mixed camera format systems. If you are upgrading the cameras at the same time, the HDAVS technology in the MX0402-AI2  supports IP-like “one wire” video+audio+control over coax, for easy system wiring & configuration. For existing systems, the MX0402-AI2  includes a rear panel RS-485 control port to run older analog PTZs.
BNC + iMD + FACE RECOGNITION
The latest version of our HDVR-MX0402-AI2 coax-based four-channel HD video recorders doesn’t just support multiple HD over coax & analog cameras, MX0402-AI2 has the latest tech built-in.  MX0402-AI2 is facial recognition capable, providing Real-Time Face Recognition on any one of its 4 BNC channels to discern facial features, including gender, age, expression, glasses, mustache, mouth/mask, and can capture & record faces with metadata. And MX-0402-AI2 can add Ai searchable metadata tags to each record. The MX0402-AI2  can internally store a total of 20,000 face images in up to 10 built-in facial recognition databases. Each database face record can be updated with name, gender, birthday, address, or certificate types/numbers, to identify individuals in the database. Once set for recognition, FlexSmartAi MX-AVR series AVRs can issue a “STRANGER” alert if a detected face is not found in the database. The built-in Intelligent Motion Detection (IMD) perimeter monitoring uses a deep-learning algorithm for dependable IVS/trip-wire performance and fewer false alarms. The IMD algorithm analyzes motion and ignores random “pixel change” movements, like animal activity or leaves in the wind, but recognizes people and vehicle shapes, sending alarms only when human or vehicle intrusion is confirmed.
21ST CENTURY CAPABILITIES  
Although some consider BNC-based video systems outdated, IC Realtime remains committed to supporting both legacy & new coax/BNC installations due to their simplicity, ease of installation, configuration, and resistance to hacking & latency. This latest AI2 version of HDVR-MX0402 delivers on all fronts, starting with 50% more video channels.
While technically a 4 channel recorder, the MX0402-AI2  AVR actually records 6 video channels at full 1080p. Like its version predecessor, the MX0402-AI2 delivers 50% more camera capacity, enabling it to record & display live video from 2 additional network IP cameras up to 6MP resolution if you decide to start switching your existing BNC cameras to IP over time.
COMMERCIAL-GRADE SPECS
Coax & UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair ) video signal range has been extended up to 800m (2,600+ feet) for 1080P so large-area direct connect BNC camera sites are more easily accommodated. MX0402-AI2 supports high-resolution HD coax & IP video stream rates. this new AI2 version adds that works with our Smart H.265+ video codec for AI encoding & decoding. 
Of course, MX0402-AI2  works flawlessly with our free Android & iPhone (IoS) apps, with other video devices through our free PC & Mac based ICRSS central station software. The newly upgraded version of our 32 coax port “BNC Big Boy” HDAVS recorder is the 32 channel EL3200-2U5MP-AI2 that uses a new processor with updated cybersecurity, upgraded ONVIF 21.12 camera compatibility & even better AI face recognition, and – when Face recognition is not needed – adds Perimeter Protection on any 8 channels and new IVS & IMD capabilities on up to 16 channels.
IP VIDEO QUALITY ON COAX/BNC WIRES
While network cable-based IP video systems now dominate new installations in the security camera world, thousands of legacy coaxial cable-based camera systems are installed worldwide. IC Realtime continues to support these systems and innovate & improve coaxial technology. We recognize that new coax-based systems maintain a lead over IP in significant fields like cross-platform BNC video format compatibility, camera-level security, and reduced video latency. Our HDAVS systems can offer significant cost & job time advantages when upgrading existing coax cable-based camera systems, providing IP-level features without re-wiring.
FACIAL RECOGNITION & AI-ASSISTED SKILLS
The EL3200 was IC Realtime’s first 32-channel HDAVS unit that supports facial recognition. If Face Recognition isn’t needed, HDVR-EL3200-2U5MP-AI2 adds AI functionality options to our built-in high-performance IMD and IVS Perimeter Protection systems, including FlexSmartAi enhanced human, face, and vehicle recognition skills that reduce false alerts by up to 90%. When using Facial Recognition, EL3200’s built-in facial database can simultaneously be accessed on any 2 of its BNC channels. Facial recognition can even be used to trigger alerts, including snapshots and emails when non-database “stranger” faces are identified while storing up to 10,000 facial records in its built-in facial database.
PLUG & PLAY COAX & IP COMPATIBILITY
Our new EL3200 maintains our industry-best coax video format compatibility with auto-recognition of AVS, TVI, AHD, and even legacy conventional analog video signals. No configuration and format struggles – EL3200 just adapts & records for easy coax camera system upgrades. EL3200 can even record IP camera streams right off its dual 1000 Mbps RJ45 network connections for true Pentabrid cross-platform compatibility. EL3200 represents the newest generation of IC Realtime’s Advanced Video Recorders (AVR) family. It can handle both coax cameras up to 5MP and IP cameras up to 8MP, as well as being ONVIF and CGI conformant.  
COMMERCIAL GRADE EVERYTHING
A hefty 32-channel capacity AVR in a 2U rack-mountable case (rack ears included) needs ample on-chassis video storage, and EL3200 delivers eight internal SATA hard drive bays with up to 10TB drive capacity each for a whopping 80TB of internal storage capacity. There is even an eSATA port for external storage on the AVR’s backplane, along with 2 of the EL3200’s four USB ports (2 USB 2.0 + 2 USB 3.0), and an RS485 port for legacy PTZ control.  The EL3200 can handle 16 alarm inputs and 6 relay outputs, has 16 BNC audio input ports & a BNC output port for legacy external audio installations and has two-way talk ports for interactive audio. The EL3200 also has dual HDMI ports – one of which is a 4K UHD monitor compatible at 3840 x 2160 – and both a VGA and a standard analog “TV” monitor output for total legacy system monitor options.

Real-Time Face Recognition can be set up on any one of MX0804-AI2 ‘s eight BNC channels to discern facial features including gender, age, expression, glasses, mustache, mouth/mask, and can capture & record faces with metadata tags to enable AI-assisted searches for recording retrieval & review. Up to 10,000 facial images can be stored in-unit within up to 10 built-in facial recognition databases. These facial records can be updated with name, gender, birthday, address, or certificate types/numbers, to identify individuals. Once set up for recognition, the MX0804-AI2 ‘s FlexSmartAi can issue a “STRANGER” alert if a scanned face isn’t found in the database, to differentiate them from family members & employees.

When paired with IC Realtime’s HD-AVS cameras, the MX0804-AI2 lets you say goodbye to extra camera control or audio transmission wires. For years, 16-channel coax-based DVRs were the largest multichannel video recorders available and became the mainstay of larger analog security camera systems.  But no matter how advanced these 16-channel DVRs were, they were limited to 16 direct-connect cameras. Now IC Realtime’s HDAVS Petntabrid recorders have changed that with our HDVR-MX1616-1U4K-A3 – a single HDVR with 16 direct BNC and 16 available IP network channels. The original HDAVS MX-1616 series has been a popular choice for camera integrators charged with legacy system upgrades. The new AI3 version uses a new processor with updated cybersecurity, adds 2 channels of AI face recognition with metadata encoding for faster searches, and adds 12 channels of Perimeter Protection (up to 6 channels in Advanced mode) and IMD capabilities on up to 16 channels.
16 + 16 CHANNELS
The MX1616 can not only directly replace a legacy 16-channel analog or HD Over Coax DVR – automatically match many legacy camera video formats to record AVS/AHD/TVI/CVI and even legacy analog (CVBS) inputs, the HDVR-MX1616 can provide monitoring & recording storage for up to 16 additional IP cameras, essentially doubling the HDVR’s camera inputs for a total of 32 recordable video channels. In fact, as older BNC-based cameras are replaced with IP cameras, the 16 BNC channels can be converted to handle IP cameras. MX1616 enables Face Recognition on any 2 of its 16 BNC channels at up to 12 faces per second using its internal 20,000 face database.
