At the center of our installation system is the HIT-45 modular clamp. Using a revolutionary design, the HIT-45 clamp will work on aluminum, wooden or hollow metal doors. HIT-45 has a grip range from 1 1/4″ to over 2 1/4″ without the use of special adapters or plates. Clamping pressure is positive with the HIT-45 always being self centering by design. The use of two internal locating studs assures that backset is calculated from door center, regardless of flat, beveled or radius doors. The HIT-45 modular clamp will work with any router or drill template shown, with many more accessories developed for this unique modular design.

All required parts for installation supplied including one-rod guide and both Phillips and one-way screws, the cylinder is not included. Requires a 1-1/8 inch mortise cylinder.

Ideal for sliding patio doors, sliding windows, swinging doors, double doors, french doors and other applications.

Can be used on narrow style doors and frames with a width of only 1-5/8″.

Lock housing accepts standard 1-1/8″ mortise cylinder (

A tube steel bar is mounted to the door with special through bolts and secured with a second bar that drops on with “L” bolts. The “L” bolts on the BB-200 series can be locked with a padlock. The removable bar is powdercoated red for high visibility and is supplied with a hanger bracket for daytime storage.
