The 4850 – 1/2″ Surface Mounted Electric Strike for Rim Panic Devices
is the most flexible electric strike for use with surface mounted rim exit devices with up to 1” (6 different thicknesses altogether).
4850 Features:

1/2” thick Surface Mount electric strike comes with 1/4” and two (2) 1/16” Spacers plates — the most versatile rim panic strike provides the flexibility of 6 different sizes!

The electric strike Cavity is completely open — which means the 4850 allows for an incremental depth up to a 1″ throw — competitor backplates do not allow for this versatility.

Comes with Trines Patented 6-Pin Anchoring System

Contains a one piece locking mechanism with one Solenoid — less parts mean less problems.

Fail-safe/Fail-secure (field selectable).

Grade 1 Electric Strike — 1,000,000+ Life cycles — 1,500+ lbs. Holding Force

3 Hour fire rated electric strike for use with surface mounted rim exit devices with 3/4″ (or greater) throw. For use in new or replacement installations in wood or metal single door frames.

Features:

Fire rated standard, 3/4″ strike – NO UPCHARGE FOR FIRE RATING. (like the competition)

The cavity is completely open — which means the 4800F allows for a full 3/4″ depth and upto a 1″ throw with the included two (2) 1/16″ spacer plates — competitor backplates do not allow for this versatility.

Built-in electronics automatically allow 11 thru 28 AC & DC Voltage input — with surge and kickback protection

With the Patented horizontal adjustment feature — Guaranteed not to move — and the Smallest electric strike faceplate in the world, this 3000 Series strike is your universal ANSI solution. (478-CCFP is no longer included in the 323478LC-32D)

4850-ITL Features:

Tool Attaches magnetically to Metal Frames.

Not “just a template”, the 4850ITL uses the body of a 4850 electric strike with working latches to provide the most accurate tool for the job.

The Installation Tool lets you “feel the door” on the frame.

Adjust the Strike BEFORE you drill.

Comes with a Custom Center Punch tool to accurately mark Anchoring Pin, Bolt, Wire, and LB wire locations.

1/4″ Spacer is used with the Installation Tool when a 3/4″ strike is needed.
