Medeco Mortise cylinders have threads on the outside of the shell and are designed to be screwed into other manufacturer’s mortise lock cases. A cam on the back of the cylinder operates the lock mechanism and a set screw holds the mortise cylinder in place. Medeco Rim cylinders are used with auxiliary rim locks such as: surface mounted deadbolts, night latches, panic devices and jimmyproof locks (also know as vertical dropbolts or interlocking deadbolts).

Falcon 1792NL
rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern since the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than other exit devices. This results in less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing code infringement risks and offers increased building security by eliminating tampering and forced entry via coat hangers and other tools. The 1790 Series may also be used to retrofit a 2090 Series crossbar device.
The 1690/1790 Series narrow stile touch bar exit devices provide safe and reliable egress that is ideal for aluminum doors. Both series are certified ANSI/BHMA A156.3 Grade 1 products and boast a 10-year limited warranty.

The 6400 electric door strike from Von Duprin
is designed to be modular and highly configurable to fit nearly any mortise or cylindrical lock. This versatile strike allows the installer to insert and lock-in the deadbolt keeper or plug and deadlatch
ramp anywhere within its 3 1⁄8″ vertical opening to fit the latch
position and functional needs. This, combined with a 1⁄8″ horizontal adjustment, makes this easy-to-install design a good fit for installations where misalignment or a tight fit may be a problem.

Bolts and Strikes

The patented top latching mechanism utilizes a rotating top bolt which deadlatches around the header strike, interlocking the door to the frame. Supplied with standard header strike. Adjustable protected steel rods. The hexagonal, hardened steel bottom bolt is shielded in a cast housing for strength and stability.
