28-70-10G05-LL-BSP
is a heavy duty cylindrical key-in-lever lock designed to exceed the requirements of ANSI 156.2 Series 4000 Grade 1. The 10 Line is the standard for institutional applications such as medical, educational and municipal facilities.
Features

ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified for cycle and strength requirements. Exceeds cycle testing standards by nine times with 9.6 million cycles and torque resistance by 1.5 times.

UL-cUL listed for 3 hour fire doors and windstorm applications

Freewheeling trim optional

Available in 21 different functions, including classroom security and electromechanical options for access control applications

Offered in 12 architectural grade finishes to match any decor

Integrates into most existing facility key systems including Sargent security systems (Degree, Signature, KESO, and XC; also accept Schlage® and Medeco )

Deadlocking latch

Latch by either lever unless outside lever is locked by push/turn button in inside lever
