Helpdesk runs on a coin payment system through the system itself. There are two types of coins: GREEN and RED.
RED coins are prepaid funds that have a monetary value per coin. These can be bought through your Helpdesk account. RED coins can be converted to GREEN coins if necessary.
GREEN coins are a special type of coin that are given to users that possess an FLEX or X17 MASTER tool. MAGICMOTORSPORT grants these MASTER users 300 GREEN coins a month that can be used for specified services. These GREEN coins cannot be converted into RED coins or be accumulated over time and their amount will automatically be reset to 300 at the beginning of each month.
Master Versions of the Software Modules Offer 300 Green Coins per Month to Be Used for Helpdesk Support. Green Coins are not cumulative and reset each month to 300.
