The 5355R proximity reader & keypad combo is ideal for dual authentication or simple access via PIN or credential applications. The versatility of a keypad and credential reader offers increased operating convenience without sacrificing security. Using RFID technology, the RCI 5355R reader interfaces with a wide range of electronic access control systems by complying with the Wiegand communication protocol. The reader operates at a frequency of 125kHz and has a proximity read range up to 5”.
