Autel Academy is the go-to destination for in depth Autel tool and software training. Register today for in-person classroom and comprehensive hands on automotive diagnostic, repair, service, ADAS and EV instruction. Courses are held at the Autel North America Training Facility in Port Washington, New York. Meals are included, and hotel accommodations provided if needed.

Transitioning To EV: Service And Maintenance Training:
With the influx of Hybrids, Plug-in hybrids, and Battery electric vehicles appearing in service bays across the country, the opportunity to become your area’s go-to EV repair shop has never been higher.
After achieving a thorough understanding of electric drive components and circuitry, Autel Academy attendees will apply what they’ve learned on live electric drive vehicles. Trainees will master proven “go-to” PIDs with real life examples of when and why they should be used to efficiently and accurately diagnose several types of common EV issues. Trainees will also learn how to utilize various forms of EV related tools such as insulation testers, class 3 meters, scan tools, and lab scopes so that they can achieve the test results needed.

TRAVELING TO NEW YORK
Travel to New York will not be provided.
If you are traveling by air, there are two major airports within driving distance of the Autel Academy:
JFK International Airport
and
LaGuardia International Airport.
If you are traveling by train, the Autel Academy is a short car ride from the Port Washington stop of the Long Island Rail Road.

HOTEL SHUTTLE
A shuttle from the hotel and to the Autel Academy, and back to the hotel, will be provided. Please meet each morning in the lobby of the hotel at 8:15 AM. If you prefer to walk, the Autel Academy is less than a half mile walk from the hotel.
