This is a
Ford Active Alarm Adapter
is used when programming keys for Ford Active Alarm immobilization systems using a VCI (vehicle communication interface).
The adapter isolates VCI power from the vehicle after battery disconnect.
This applies to the AutoProPad G2 Turbo and AutoProPad Lite only.

This adapter benefits from the 12-Volt extension cable for power. If you need the extension cable as well please take a look at the

When used with the 12V battery clamps to cigarette lighter (female) adapter and 12V DC5521 to Cigarette Lighter (Male) Cable provides battery power to the VCI without back feeding power into the vehicle.
